目前我国的高等师范音乐院校,主要是以培养基础音乐师资力量为目的的,培养的学生毕业后将直接面对中小学生。然而,这些21世纪的中小学生,对音乐有着更深的理解和更广的相关知识的需求,他们更需要高水平、高素质的音乐教师。由此可见,高师的音乐专业,为了适应新世纪社会发展的总目标需要,培养出高素质的实践型优秀人才是当务之急。本文是笔者根据多年从事高校音乐实践工作的经历,总结出来的一些经验之谈。 At present, the higher normal music colleges in our country mainly aim at cultivating the basic music teachers, and the students who are trained will directly face the primary and middle school students after they graduate. However, these 21st century elementary and junior high school students have a deeper understanding of music and a broader knowledge of their needs. They also need high-quality and high-quality music teachers. Therefore, in order to meet the general goal of social development in the new century, it is imperative for music major in higher normal colleges to cultivate high-quality practical talents. This article is based on many years of my experience in college music practice work, summed up some of the experience of the talk.
