The Presbyterian Medical Center in Denver, USA, has created a computerized ECG network that saves real lives by diagnosing sudden heart attack patients. This timely diagnosis is available to patients in a radius of 150 miles centered around Denver, and even across the Colorado region. The hospitals, clinics, nurses ’rooms, doctors’ clinics, factory floor care stations, etc., can send the patient’s ECG to the center by phone for calculation and processing. The site’s equipment consists of a compact mobile car and teletypewriter, mobile phone with a teleport ECG. As soon as the operator places the patient on the patient and dials the telephone number, the ECG is automatically recorded and sent to the medical center’s computer. The ECG is copied and analyzed by the computer. The diagnosis of the computer is immediately reported by the teletype on the spot . Even if there is no expert on site
