在水溶液中,pH=4.3,以过硫酸钾引发马来酸(MA)和烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)聚合反应.产物经用红外光谱表征,确认为共聚物P(MA-Co-SAS);氧瓶燃烧法作硫含量的定量分析,并求算共聚物组分比,计算共聚单体的竞聚率.热重分析表明,共聚物有良好的热稳定性,热解反应级数为1级;热解活化能76.5kJ·mol~(-1).共聚物用作水处理剂有优异的防垢效果.
The polymerization of maleic acid (MA) and sodium allylsulfonate (SAS) was initiated with potassium persulfate in aqueous solution at pH = 4.3 The product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and identified as Copolymer P (MA-Co-SAS ), The oxygen content in the flask was used as the quantitative analysis of the sulfur content, and the copolymer composition ratio was calculated to calculate the reactivity ratio of the comonomer.The thermogravimetric analysis showed that the copolymer has good thermal stability, pyrolysis reaction series For grade 1, and the activation energy for pyrolysis was 76.5 kJ · mol -1. The copolymer has excellent anti-scaling effect as a water treatment agent.
