In 1991, about 9 million people were diagnosed with cancer, and at the same time more than 20 million people in the world are suffering from cancer. These numbers will increase dramatically in the coming 10 years, and 9 million people will die of cancer each year in the next 20 years, and one-third of them will be related to smoking. Without effective prevention and control measures, 15 million new cancer cases will occur each year from 2015, and more than 30 million people will suffer from cancer. Two-thirds of these cancer patients occur in less developed countries, and it is difficult for these countries to implement the cancer policies adopted by rich countries. The scale of the challenge to cancer is huge (?)
