自1971年以来,为满足生产需要,我厂曾用焊补方法修复了有严重缺陷的大型零部件。这些零部件大都是中碳钢,而且刚性很大。在焊补过程中,根据零部件的不同特点,采取适当的工艺措施,获得了满意的结果。缸体裂纹修复缸体由35~#锻钢制成,在加工过程中,发现一条与轴线成一夹角的纵向穿透性裂纹,工件处于报废状态。为了保证产品质量及生产进度,决定采用焊补修复。缸体大致尺寸及裂纹情况见图1,缸体重15吨。
