我厂以生产各类铸件为主,其品种繁多,材料各异,产量也很大。在生产过程中,经常出现各类缺陷,需要通过焊补加以修复。对于一些铸钢件来说,往往是材料特殊,结构尺寸大而复杂,可焊性差,经常在焊后产生裂纹,有时甚至在焊接过程中就已开裂,越焊裂纹越深,达到无法挽回的地步,造成整件报废。由于此类事件常有发生,严重的影响了生产周期与进度,同时也造成很大的经济损失,所以探讨该类铸件的焊补技术具有一定的生产,技术与经济价值。
