随着我国经济建设的水平不断升级,各行各业的提升势头都非常强劲,我国的医疗卫生服务事业也呈现出惊人的发展速度,医院作为医疗卫生服务事业的前沿阵地,不仅需要巩固和加强自身的服务能力,同时也肩负着履行社会卫生公共服务职能的重要使命,管理工作归根到底是对人的管理,而人员管理不仅需要制度的约束,更多的是需要从思想意识方面凝聚人心,想要实现这一目的就离不开党建工作的水平提升。本文从医院党建工作重要性分析入手,结合具体实际谈谈如何有效提升医院党建工作具体质量,从而推动整个医院的健康可持续发展,以供参考。
