会计专业的学生在毕业后将进入到会计领域从事会计或者与会计密切关联的工作,是会计队伍后备的力量。校园学习阶段是学生们形成正确的职业情操、道德观、职业技能的重要时期。会计教师参加企业实践有助于提升教师的教学技能,了解企业对于会计专业的需求,培养符合社会需求的人才。文章对会计教师参与企业实践的积极性影响要素进行阐述,重点讨论确保教师积极参与企业实践的策略,以期提供参考。
Accounting students will enter the field of accounting after graduation engaged in accounting or accounting closely related to the work of the accounting team reserve force. The campus learning phase is an important period for students to form the correct professional sentiment, moral values and professional skills. Accounting teachers to participate in business practices help to improve teachers’ teaching skills, understand the business needs of the accounting profession, to develop qualified personnel in line with the needs of society. This article elaborates the positive influence factors of accounting teachers ’participation in the practice of the enterprise, and focuses on the strategies of ensuring the teachers’ active participation in the practice of the enterprise with a view to providing reference.
