随着社会的发展,我国的医疗卫生体制改革也在不断深入。因此,医院的思想政治工作亦要提上日程。思想政治工作掌握着医院发展的总方向,是一切工作的前提,对于医院的长远发展而言,是极其重要的。新时期,在中共十八大的号召下,医院更是要与时俱进。在认识到现今存在的问题的基础上,吸取经验和教训,找出解决问题的办法,并加以合理实施与改正才是应有之道。
