制作了2根外壳预制核心现浇装配整体式钢筋混凝土柱(以下简称RC柱)和1根现浇对比RC柱试件,进行新型装配整体式RC柱的抗弯承载力试验研究,分析比较两类RC柱的破坏过程、破坏模式、荷载-位移特性、主筋应变发展特点及开裂荷载和极限承载力。研究表明:新型装配整体式RC柱与现浇RC柱具有相同的抗弯承载力特性;基于试验研究,进一步探讨新型。装配整体式RC柱极限承载力的计算理论,为该类RC柱的设计提供参考。
Two precast core cast-in-place monolithic reinforced concrete columns (RC columns) and one cast-in-place RC column specimens were fabricated. The flexural capacity of the new RC monolithic column was tested. The failure process, failure mode, load-displacement characteristics, main reinforcement strain development characteristics and cracking load and ultimate bearing capacity of RC columns. The results show that the new assembled monolithic RC column and cast-in-place RC column have the same flexural capacity. Based on the experimental study, the new type of RC column is discussed further. The calculation theory of the integral RC column ultimate bearing capacity provides reference for the design of such RC columns.
