目的研究中华疣海星Pentaceaster chinensis的化学成分及其抗菌活性。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、重结晶、薄层制备色谱等方法对中华疣海星的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定;纸片琼脂扩散法对结构确定的化合物进行抗菌(大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、副溶血弧菌、溶藻弧菌T/O)活性筛选。结果从中华疣海星体内分离得到8个化合物,分别为1-O-十六烷酰基-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基-丙三醇(1)、1-O-十八烷酰基-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基-丙三醇(2)、3β-羟基-(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,9,22-三烯(3)、3-吲哚甲酸(4)、胆甾-5-烯-3β-硫酸钠(5)、胆甾-7-烯-3β-硫酸钠(6)、尿嘧啶(7)、胸腺嘧啶(8)。化合物1、3、4对大肠杆菌的MIC值分别为0.5、1.0、0.5 mg/mL;化合物2、3、5、6对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC值分别为0.5、1.0、1.0、1.0 mg/mL。结论化合物1~8为首次从中华疣海星中分离得到,化合物1~6具有一定的抗菌活性。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Pentaceaster chinensis and its antibacterial activity. Methods The chemical constituents of Chinese wart starfish were isolated and purified by silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, recrystallization and TLC. The chemical structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. The paper agar diffusion method Antibacterial activity (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio alginolyticus T / O) was screened for the compounds whose structures were determined. Results Eight compounds were isolated from the genital wart of Chinese wart, which were 1-O-hexadecanoyl-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-glycerol (2), 3β-hydroxy- (22E, 24R) -ergosta-7,9,22-triene (3), 3 (4), Cholest-5-ene-3β-sulphate (5), Cholest-7-ene-3β-sulphate (6), uracil (7), thymine (8). The MICs of compounds 1, 3 and 4 against Escherichia coli were 0.5, 1.0 and 0.5 mg / mL respectively. The MICs of compounds 2, 3, 5 and 6 against Staphylococcus aureus were 0.5, 1.0, 1.0 and 1.0 mg / mL. Conclusion Compounds 1 to 8 were isolated from Chinese wartfish starfish for the first time. Compounds 1-6 have some antibacterial activity.
