在批林批孔运动的推动下,数学系《概率论与数理统计》课,从今年四月份起至九月份止,先后分两期,与兰州市科技局以及二十多个工厂、单位挂钩,结合推广优选法、统筹法和正交试验设计,以生产实际中的典型项目试验带动教学,朝着教学、科研、生产三结合的方向迈出了新的一步。为了适应教学需要,首先对教材作了一定程度的改革,编写出了以目前生产和科研中广为应用的《正交试验设计》为主线的试用新教材。接着,在数学系和市科技局的统一领导下,组成“两法”推广队,分赴各有关工厂、单位,结合推广“两法”进行
