诺兰达连续炼铜工艺于1973年在霍恩冶炼厂投入生产,迄今炉子的冶炼能力增长了4倍,1989年起成为霍恩冶炼厂唯一的熔炼设备。该工艺为世界领先的工艺之一,并使霍恩冶炼厂成为一座先进的和更具竞争能力的工厂。本文回顾了霍恩冶炼厂的发展历史,叙述了诺兰达炼铜工艺和主要设备,统计了近年的生产情况(1991~1995年),介绍了该厂的组织管理机构和未来发展的前景。
The Nolander continuous coppermaking process was put into operation at the Horne Smelter in 1973 and so far the smelting capacity of the furnace has increased fourfold so far in 1989 to become the only smelting facility at Horn Smelter. The process is one of the world’s leading processes and makes Horn Smelter an advanced and competitive factory. This article reviews the history of Horn smelter development, narrates the Nolander smelting process and major equipment, computes the production in recent years (1991-1995), and introduces the organization and management of the plant and its prospects for future development.
