分析认为,砾石土的击实最大干密度与土料母岩性质、风化程度、P5含量、击实功能等因素关系密切,增大试验仪器尺寸可提高砾石土的最大干密度,在试验条件允许时宜尽可能选用较大尺寸击实仪。砾石土全料击实最大干密度、最优含水率与细料的击实性关系密切并具有良好的归一性。提出了一种计算砾石土最大干密度的经验公式,与常规试验方法所得结果相比,各项指标偏差完全在试验规程允许误差范围内。本方法简捷、快速、经济实用,可满足高强度大方量施工进度质量控制要求,同时能考虑每个测点土料压实性变化。该方法已成功应用于大坝填筑质量检测,良好效果。研究成果可供类似工程的质量控制推广应用。
The analysis shows that the compacted maximum dry density of gravel soil is closely related to the properties of mother material, weathering degree, P5 content, compaction function and other factors. Increasing the size of test equipment can increase the maximum dry density of gravel soil. When the test conditions allow When possible, use a larger size compactor. The maximum dry density of gravel soil material compaction, the optimal moisture content and the compaction of fine material close and has good normality. An empirical formula for calculating the maximum dry density of gravel soil is presented. Compared with the results obtained by the conventional test methods, the deviation of each index is completely within the allowable error range of the test procedure. The method is simple, rapid, economical and practical, which can meet the quality control requirements of the construction schedule of high strength and quality, and can consider the change of compaction of soil material at each measuring point. The method has been successfully applied to dam filling quality testing, good results. The research results can be popularized and applied for the quality control of similar projects.
