全球气候变暖以及环境变化的压力使人们逐步认识到建筑及其运行对环境所带来的影响,建筑节能减排是应对气候变化最为重要的领域之一,因此加强建筑节能减排工作势不容缓,是摆在我们面前首要解决的问题。本文分析了建筑节能减排的重要意义,指出现在建筑节能减排工作中所存在的问题,并结合自己多年的工作经验对加强我国建筑节能减排发表一些自己的看法。
Global warming and the pressure of environmental changes so that people gradually realize that the impact of buildings and their operations on the environment, building energy-saving emission reduction is one of the most important areas to combat climate change, so to strengthen the building energy conservation and emission reduction is not tolerable Slowness is the first issue before us. This article analyzes the significance of building energy conservation and emission reduction, points out the problems existing in the building energy conservation and emission reduction work, and combined with my own years of work experience to enhance China’s building energy saving emission reduction made some of my own views.
