著名教育评价专家斯塔佛尔姆强调,评价“不在于证明,而在于改进”。习作评价必须淡化传统评价的选拔、甄别功能,以强化改进与激励功能;摒弃闭塞、一元的评价为开放性、多元性与创新性评价,以促进学生的全面发展、健康成长和快乐学习。笔者通过近四年的尝试实践,主观认为习作评价应做到“五心”即诚心、公心、耐心、偏心、童心。一、要有诚心每个孩子在习作中都显露了他们的智慧和个性风采,哪怕是点滴进步,教师都要给予肯定和赞美。古人云:“文如其人。”其实作文就是做人。传统习作教学
