采用表面裂纹法试验证实,37SiMnCrMoV钢在现行淬火和回火两道工序之间增加一次加热到接近Ac_3点的((?)+γ)相区的亚温淬火,可以在保持屈服强度不变的前题下显著地提高Kiscc值。对裂纹试样采用低于屈服应力短时予过载处理,可以极显著地提高Kiscc值。声发射检测表明,予过载处理基本不改变应力腐蚀裂纹扩展前的孕育期,却大大延长裂纹亚临界扩展的时间。由准解理和韧窝的混合断口代替了原来的沿晶断口。
Surface crack test confirmed that 37SiMnCrMoV steel between the current two quenching and tempering heating process to a point near Ac_3 ((?) + Γ) phase of the sub-temperature quenching, can maintain the yield strength unchanged Kiscc significantly increased under the previous heading. Applying a short duration of overburden below the yield stress for cracked specimens can significantly increase Kiscc values. Acoustic emission tests showed that pre-overload treatment basically did not change the stress corrosion crack growth before the incubation period, but greatly extend the crack subcritical expansion time. Quasi-cleansing and dimple by the mixed fracture instead of the original fracture along the crystal.
