经过长时间的变革和发展,高职教育院校中法学实践教学已经取得了十分显著的成效,但是在当前的法学实践教学活动中,仍然存在着一系列的问题。例如,缺乏全面性、规范性、科学性基础内容的教学支持。为此,要针对高职法学实践教学方式的改革与完善进行简单的分析。
After a long period of reform and development, practical teaching of law practice in higher vocational education has made remarkable achievements. However, there still exist a series of problems in the current legal practice teaching activities. For example, there is a lack of teaching support for a comprehensive, normative and scientific foundation. For this reason, we should make a simple analysis of the reform and perfection of practical teaching methods in higher vocational law.
