围产期心肌病是指分娩前后发生的一组原因不明而以心肌病损害为主的心力衰竭综合征。我区本病发病率较高,按吴氏诊断标准,原无心脏病的孕、产妇、发生原因不明心衰或扩张型心肌病样改变者。我院5年内收治40例,北医2例,我们体会合理治疗对预后起关键性作用,现总结如下:临床资料年龄:22～41岁,其中20～30岁30例,占70%,平均年龄28.7岁。初产妇21例,经产妇21例,双胎妊娠7例,占16.9%,农民36例,占85.7%。既往健康者40例,有2例发病前有慢性腹
