党的十八大报告用289个字对人才工作作了专门论述,比十七大报告中的80字,多出了近三倍,由此可见,国家对人才工作进一步高度重视。报告明确提出,要实行人才优先的战略布局,建设规模宏大、素质优良的人才队伍,由人才大国迈入人才强国。这些都说明我们党把人才工作提高到了更重要的战略位置。2002年国家制定人才强国这一伟大战略以来,我们党先后召开了两次全国人才工作会议,颁布了《关于进一步加强人才
The report of the 18th CPC National Congress devoted 289 words to the work of personnel and made nearly three times more than the 80 words in the report to the 17th CPC National Congress. This shows that the state attaches great importance to the work of personnel. The report clearly stated that it is necessary to implement the strategic layout with talent prioritization and build a contingent of qualified and talented personnel from a large talent force into a powerful nation. All this shows that our party has raised personnel work to a more important strategic position.
