针对DP钢板塑性成形的主要缺陷为回弹、破裂等,以典型高强度双相钢板DP600材料为研究对象,运用3参数Barlat-Lian屈服准则和非线性强化材料模型,对覆盖件面板进行冲压回弹成形模拟。通过将多圆弧半径、圆心角作为自变量,回弹角作为成形质量设计目标,遵循回弹前后各圆弧部分的长度相等原则,以正交试验为设计方案,模拟冲压成形。分析冲压回弹终态的冲压回弹角、残余等效应力和成形极限图,最终获得优化的圆角半径和圆心角参数组合,指导模具设计。结果表明,应用优化的模具实际冲压,板料成形质量明显提高。
The main defects of plastic forming for DP steel are springback, rupture, etc. Taking the DP600 material of typical high-strength dual-phase steel as the research object, the Barrel-Lian yield criterion of 3 parameters and the nonlinear reinforced material model are used to stamp the panel of the cover Bullet forming simulation. By taking multi-arc radius and central angle as independent variables and rebound angle as the design goal of forming quality, the principle of equal length of arc parts before and after springback is adopted. Analysis of the stamping rebound angle, residual equivalent stress and forming limit map of the final state of stamping rebound, and finally optimize the combination of fillet radius and central angle parameters to guide the mold design. The results show that the application of optimized die stamping, sheet metal forming quality improved significantly.
