运用DEFORM软件,对不同端部形状的坯料进行楔横轧轧制过程的数值模拟,并将坯料端部形状角λ对轧件端部凹心的影响规律进行较系统分析。结果表明,轧件端部凹心随着形状角λ的减小而减少,通过合理设计坯料形状角λ可以有效减小轧件端部凹心。该研究结果为楔横轧实际生产节材,实现无料头楔横轧生产提供理论依据。
The paper uses DEFORM software to simulate the wedge cross-rolling process of blank with different end shapes, and systematically analyzes the influence law of the end shape angle λ on the concave end of the rolling end. The results show that the concavity of the end of the workpiece decreases with the decrease of the shape angle λ, and the concavity at the end of the workpiece can be effectively reduced by reasonably designing the billet shape angle λ. The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for cross-rolling cross-rolling actual production of material, to achieve headless cross-wedge rolling production.
