湖北省村镇规划公建定额指标获省建设厅科技成果二等奖。该定额指标的调研工作是根据建设部(83)城科字第224号文精神,由省建设厅将该课题下达给荆州、宜昌地区建设局。1984年8月由荆州、宜昌地区建设局和襄樊市建委共同成立了编制组。经过近一年的时间,先后调查了三个地区(市)、27个县、120个镇、60个中心村。在调查研究、综合分析的基础上,结合国家有关政策,采用数理统计方法,完成了村镇规划公建定额指标的研究工作。该定额指标编制的原则是:从该省实际出发,力求指标合理,有较强的适应性、现实性和可能性,做到近期使用合理,远期发展留有余地,并贯彻了节约用地这一基本国策。整个调研的内容包括公共建筑的建筑面积和用地面积,居住建筑用地指标,道路广场用地指标,绿化用地指标,生活用水指标。本文介绍了集镇影剧院规划定额指标分析拟定的方法,可供各地在拟订定额指标时参考。
The quotas for the planning and public construction of villages and towns in Hubei Province won the second prize for scientific and technological achievements of the Provincial Department of Construction. The survey work of the quota index is based on the spirit of No. 224 of Cheng Ke Zi Zi of the Ministry of Construction (83). The Provincial Construction Department issued the project to the Construction Bureau of Jingzhou and Yichang. In August 1984, the team was established by the Construction Bureau of Jingzhou, Yichang and the Construction Committee of Xiangfan City. After nearly a year, it has investigated three regions (cities), 27 counties, 120 towns, and 60 central villages. On the basis of investigation and research and comprehensive analysis, in conjunction with relevant national policies, mathematical statistics methods were used to complete the research work on the quota indicators for public planning of villages and towns. The principle of the establishment of the quota indicator is: starting from the actual situation in the province, strive to make the indicator reasonable, have strong adaptability, practicality and possibility, make reasonable use in the near future, leave room for long-term development, and implement the use of land A basic national policy. The contents of the entire survey included the construction area and land area of public buildings, the index of residential construction land, the land use index of road plaza, the index of green land use, and the indicator of domestic water use. This article introduces the methods for the analysis of the planning quotas for the township theaters, which can be used as references in the formulation of quotas.
