我公司在金竹山电厂180米钢筋混凝土烟囱滑模施工中,针对中心飘移、平台扭转和垂直对中等几个问题采取了一些措施。仅用120天完成了烟囱施工任务,比国家规定工期提前了100天。而且质量优良,筒身中心最大偏差仅18毫米,为国家规定允许偏差的1/10。降低成本5.77%,节约金额40080元。一、工程概况烟囱下部筒身内径15.17米,筒首内径5米,下部壁厚42厘米,顶部壁厚16厘米。筒内+5米标高处设有一灰头平台,系现浇梁板结构。筒身分三段变坡,25米以下坡度为5%,25~
