阿坝藏族羌族自治州州是四川省第二大藏区,也是08地震重灾区。建立和完善阿坝州体育公共服务均等化,不仅是服务型政府的职责所在,也有区域、人文、历史因素的考量。同时,我国经历了30多年改革开放积累了巨大的经济成果产生的推动效应,促使我国进入休闲时代的步伐大大加快。在发达地区休闲体育行为已泛化的背景下,人们对体育公共服务必然有更高的要求。加快推进阿坝州体育公共服务均等化势在必行,有利于缩小区域差距。提供完善的体育公共服务是构建和谐社会的重要手段之一,也是全面实现小康社会的重要成果之一。
Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture is the second largest Tibetan area in Sichuan Province and also the hardest hit by the 2008 earthquake. Establishing and perfecting the equalization of public sports in Aba is not only the responsibility of service-oriented government, but also considering the regional, cultural and historical factors. At the same time, our country has undergone 30 years of reform and opening up and has accumulated a huge boost in economic results and has greatly accelerated the pace of our country’s entry into the leisure time. Under the background that the recreational sports behaviors in the developed areas have been generalized, people must have higher requirements for the sports public services. It is imperative to accelerate the equalization of sports public services in Aba Prefecture and to narrow the regional disparity. Providing perfect public service for sports is one of the important means to build a harmonious society and one of the important achievements in realizing an overall well-to-do society.
