目的:建立测定复方镇痛乳膏中水杨酸甲酯和薄荷脑含量的气相色谱方法。方法:色谱柱:HP-5毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm);检测器:FID检测器;色谱柱程序升温:90℃保持7 min,5℃/min升至140℃;检测器温度:280℃;进样口温度:250℃。结果:水杨酸甲酯在1~5 mg/m L、薄荷脑在0.5~2.5 mg/m L质量浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率为99.85%,RSD为0.14%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于复方镇痛乳膏中水杨酸甲酯和薄荷脑的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of methyl salicylate and menthol in compound analgesic cream. Method: Column: HP-5 capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm); Detector: FID detector; Column temperature programmed: kept at 90 ℃ for 7 min and raised to 140 ℃ at 5 ℃ / Temperature: 280 ° C; inlet temperature: 250 ° C. Results: Methyl salicylate had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the concentration range of 1 ~ 5 mg / mL and menthol in the range of 0.5 ~ 2.5 mg / mL. The average recoveries were 99.85% and the RSD was 0.14% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the determination of methyl salicylate and menthol in compound analgesic cream.
