盐水间接冷却制冰是一种传统制冰方法。盐水制冰池中的蒸发器是主要的热交换设备之一,其换热面积的大小,是影响制冰速度的关键因素之一。长期以来,对于盐水制冰蒸发器面积的配置标准,一般都是按每天每生产1吨机制冰,配置3m~2左右表面积的蒸发器。作为相应的配套设施,还建造可容7—10倍或更大倍数的制冰能力的贮冰库。这种做法适合以往的渔业生产和水产品保鲜及加工状况。
