员工培训是每个公司人力资源部门的核心任务之一,而作为电力企业,在这一任务上更是有着较高的要求,因为电力工业是知识密集型产业,员工技术知识的培训显然对于企业的生产经营有着更加重要的作用。但实际培训的情况经常投入大于产出,主要的原因就在于对培训的有效性并没有得到的落实。
