一、前言日本现代钢铁厂为适应大型化、连续化、病速化和自动化等要求,在采用最先进设备的同时,为了充分发挥其能力,在生产管理和过程控制中全面地采用了计算机。在钢铁企业中,这样的计算机系统从大型通用计算机直至小型计算机总共由一百台以上组成,各计算机用通信网络进行数据连接,企业领导生产指示的下达和从各传感器、终端机来的处理信息数据的提取都已自动化,构成了分级系统。
