观察99 Tcm-膜连蛋白V(Annexin V)在下腔静脉血栓模型家兔体内分布及新鲜与陈旧静脉血栓对99 Tcm-Annexin V的摄取。将15只家兔随机分为新鲜血栓组、陈旧血栓组及对照组,每组5只。新鲜血栓组与对照组于术后1d、陈旧血栓组术后14d注射4mCi 99 Tcm-Annexin V,注射1h后处死,两血栓组取血栓、对照组取对应下腔静脉血管,另均取血液、头侧下腔静脉、后肢肌肉、胃、心、肺、肝、肾、脾、骨及小肠组织,称重、测量放射性计数,计算放射性摄取率(%ID/g),两血栓组计算血栓与血液、血栓部位下腔静脉血管、头侧下腔静脉血管、肌肉的放射性摄取比。血栓标本行HE染色。采用SPSS17.0软件对新鲜血栓组与陈旧血栓组结果进行t检验。结果显示,新鲜血栓组血栓放射性摄取率为(0.018 94±0.002 16)%ID/g,高于陈旧血栓组(0.004 73±0.001 28)%ID/g,差异具有统计学意义(t=12.66,P<0.05)。新鲜血栓组血栓与血液、血栓与血栓部位下腔静脉血管、血栓与头侧下腔静脉血管、血栓与肌肉的放射性摄取比(T/NT)分别为3.42±1.06、26.32±13.60、31.23±16.00、111.62±52.23,均高于陈旧血栓组(0.98±0.09、5.12±2.01、6.25±2.38、21.82±5.93),差异有统计学意义(t分别为5.14、3.44、3.45、3.82,P均<0.05)。新鲜血栓组血栓病理示为新鲜混合血栓,陈旧血栓组血栓为机化混合血栓。以上结果表明:99 Tcm-Annexin V有望应用于急性新鲜静脉血栓显像,并用于新鲜与陈旧静脉血栓的鉴别。
To observe the distribution of 99 Tcm-Annexin V in rabbits with IVC thrombosis and the uptake of 99 Tcm-Annexin V by fresh and old venous thrombosis. Fifteen rabbits were randomly divided into fresh thrombosis group, old thrombosis group and control group with 5 rats in each group.
