针对西安某高层厂房柱网大的特点,采用现浇预应力混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,主框架梁采用后张有粘结预应力控制裂缝,由于中柱与边柱荷载差异大,桩基采用两种直径桩长不同的钻孔灌注桩以调整沉降差。
In view of the large pillar net in a high-rise factory in Xi’an, the cast-in-situ prestressed concrete frame-shear wall structure is adopted. The main frame beam uses post-tensioned prestressed cementing cracks to control cracks. Two different diameters of bored piles were used to adjust the settlement difference.
