定量泵系统中应用负载传感技术,能降低功率损失,并能获得定比例控制,以改善工程机械的操纵性能。本文介绍了适应于定量泵系统的负载传感多路阀工作原理和调节特性;讨论了不同形式的定量泵负载传感液压系统,分析了其工作特点;探讨了在小型挖掘机中应用定量泵负载传感液压系统的可行性。
The application of load sensing technology in the dosing pump system can reduce power loss and obtain proportional control to improve the handling performance of construction machinery. In this paper, the working principle and adjusting characteristics of load sensing multi-way valve adapting to the metering pump system are introduced.
