A true study of laborers’ aesthetic education began in the early days of Soviet power. At that time, it was precisely the time when the country was in difficulty. Some of the socialist cultural theoreticians and practitioners have begun to ponder over the substantive issues that this society demanded from the many new phenomena observed. This problem is determined by life itself. First of all, it was formally put forward in a conversation between Lenin and Clara Zeitkin. When it comes to the task of literature and art in the new era, Lenin emphasized that art should “awaken artists in them and make them mature.” Therefore, starting from the founding of the Soviet political power, the Soviet party and government have formulated a series of guidelines and policies to raise the cultural level of the people and the entire nation.
