以我国医学高校“Y一代”大学生为研究对象,分析其信息行为特征及不足之处,提出提升信息素质教育与服务水平的策略,包括根据“Y一代”的特点改进服务、全方位多角度渗透医学信息素养教育、重视图书馆员的继续教育等。
Taking the “Y Generation” college students in medical universities in our country as the research object, this paper analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of the information behaviors and puts forward the strategies to improve the quality of information literacy education and service, including improving the service according to the characteristics of “Y Generation ” Multidimensional penetration of medical information literacy education, emphasis on continuing education of librarians.
