建立了旋转凹模冷镦机弧面凸轮分度机构的数学模型,并结合实际应用情况设计了弧面凸轮分度机构参数,选取了弧面凸轮轮廓曲面运动规律。最后通过具体实例,使用Pro/E、Matlab对弧面凸轮工作轮廓面进行参数化建模,使用ADAMS建立弧面凸轮分度机构动力学模型,并对其运动性能进行了模拟仿真。研究表明,弧面凸轮分度机构作为旋转凹模冷镦机传动件在高速工况下运动平稳、停歇期定位精度达到36″。
The mathematic model of the rotary cam cold heading machine arc cam indexing mechanism is established, and the parameters of the arc cam indexing mechanism are designed according to the actual application. The movement rule of the arc cam profile curve is selected. Finally, through the concrete example, using Pro / E, Matlab to parametrize the profile surface of the cambered cam, the dynamic model of the camber cam indexing mechanism is established by using ADAMS, and its movement performance is simulated.
