作者对引进的各国机组中齿轮材料选择及热处理工艺进行了分析,认为国外对带有冲击性的齿轮,基本上都用低碳Ni—Cr及Ni—Cr—Mo合金钢,且含Ni量都很高,这是因为Ni对提高钢的韧性特别有效。为了进一步提高齿轮的承载能力,近年来国外还对齿轮用钢普遍采用真空昅氧或合成渣精炼等新工艺冶炼,使钢的纯度提高,杂质减少。本文对这方面的情况也作了介绍。文中还对国外齿轮所用合金渗碳钢的金相组织及硬度梯度进行了分析,并介绍了几种典形的Ni—Cr合金钢热处理工艺。
