以工业氧化铝溶胶为原料,通过凝胶先驱体低温制备α-Al2O3纳米粉。研究了晶种、相变添加剂和研磨方式对α-Al2O3相变的影响以及分散剂的种类对粉体粒度的影响。结果表明,加入晶种、相变添加剂并采用醇磨的方式可在800℃下得到α-Al2O3纳米粉,用聚乙二醇作分散剂可将其晶粒度降至26.7nm。
Using industrial alumina sol as raw material, α-Al2O3 nanopowder was prepared by gel precursors at low temperature. The influence of seed crystal, phase change additive and grinding method on α-Al 2 O 3 phase transformation and the influence of the type of dispersant on the particle size were investigated. The results showed that α-Al2O3 nanopowder can be obtained at 800 ℃ by adding seeds and phase change additives and alcohol milling. The polyethylene glycol can be used as dispersant to reduce the grain size to 26.7nm.
