根据因材施教原则和层次性原理,在英语教学中,按学生对知识的掌握程度,把全体学生按一定的标准分层,分别施以不同水平的教育和管理。能力强的学生在完成课本教学内容的基础上,进行知识的延伸和拓展,进行学习方法的教学,培养学生自主学习的能力。能力弱的学生以课本的主要知识、技能为重点,让学生掌握基本知识,着重解决课本上的内容。通过分层教学,全面提高各层次学生的能力和水平。
According to the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes and the principle of hierarchy, in English teaching, according to the mastery degree of students, all students should be stratified according to a certain standard and put into different levels of education and management respectively. Ability of students in the completion of the textbook teaching content based on the extension and expansion of knowledge, learning methods of teaching, develop students’ ability to learn independently.
