患者,女,22岁,病案号0143。于1978年9月突感头痛及双目相继失明。当时某院诊为“视神经炎”,用激素、抗生素后视力逐渐恢复.1979年10月反复发热、咳嗽.痰中带血。体温39℃～40℃,伴脱发及关节痛.曾查 Hb 6克,WBC 2,000～5,000/mm~3,LE 细胞(?),尿蛋白++,肝功 CCFT++～+++,胸片右肺门旁有片状阴影。至1982年4月曾先后数次在外院以“肺炎”“风湿性肺炎”
