我们在嘉兴水处理设备厂的协作配合下,采用单速风机(目前我国尚无成熟的多速大功率电机配套产品),使用电接点压力式温度计作为感温触点,1982年在上海某厂进行了长达五个月的对比实测,发现其节能潜力是很大的。该厂生产工艺为药材低温贮存,设有氟利昂冷冻机组4F-10多台,由于是低温贮存,故机组是全年使用的,配合机组的冷却循环水系统有多台70米~3/时玻璃钢横流式机力通风冷却塔,设计要求进出水温度t_1=37℃、t_2=32℃,我们挑选了二台冷却塔进行生产性对比实测。二台冷却塔各安装有计量电度表,其中一台装上感温自控装置,在水温30℃时,开启风机;水温降至25℃时,关闭风机(该风机的安装容量为5.5千瓦/
