为了更好地开展面向一线科研用户的知识服务,文章以深度访谈的方式调查了科研人员的知识服务需求。调查表明,科研过程中不同职称、不同研究领域以及不同研究属性的科研用户在不同研究阶段的知识服务需求存在较大的差别和阶段特性。根据需求特点,制定了加强知识服务团队建设、加强团队成员间的协同、加强知识管理平台的建设与完善以及资源建设全局化等服务策略。
In order to better carry out the knowledge services for front-line research users, the article investigates the knowledge service needs of researchers by means of in-depth interviews. The survey shows that there are big differences and stage characteristics in the research of knowledge service requirements in different stages of research work among scientific research users with different professional titles, different research fields and different research properties. According to the demand characteristics, it has formulated service strategies such as strengthening the construction of knowledge service team, strengthening the coordination among team members, strengthening the construction and improvement of knowledge management platform, and the overall resource construction.
