薪酬本质是通过自身的劳动,为企业实现价值而获得的报酬。所谓薪酬管理,就是通过对影响经理人获得薪酬的因素进行有效的管理,进而不断的提高自己的薪酬和社会对自身价值认知度的过程。影响薪酬的因素有两个,一个是经理人对企业的重要程度,也就是自身所拥有技能的不可替代性;另外一个因素就是个人品牌。要实现对薪酬良好的管理,不断的提高自己的收入,必须对影响薪酬的两个要素进行合理的管理。薪酬管理应该采取如下步骤进行:评估自身的技能与个人品牌对技能进行评估时,可以结合自身的职业生涯规划,评估自己所拥有的技能在多大程度上是不可替代的,评估自身技能与企业所期望的技能有多大的差距,评估技能与行业内领先水平有什么
