自1980年我国恢复了世界银行席位以来,世行贷款一直成为我国引资和引智的重要渠道之一,并伴随着整个改革开放的全过程。30年来,世行贷款不仅缓解了我国改革开放初期资金的不足问题,而且,还通过其“知识银行”的特点,利用项目贷款,把世行经过半个多世纪积累形成的先进经验引入中国,在促进中国政府转变观念,提高项目资金管理能力、促进人力资源培养等方面,都发挥了极其重要的作用。
Since China restored its seat in the World Bank in 1980, the World Bank loan has been one of the important channels for attracting foreign investment and attracting talents in our country, accompanied by the entire process of reform and opening up. Over the past 30 years, the World Bank loan has not only alleviated the problem of insufficient capital in the initial stage of China’s reform and opening up, but also introduced the Bank’s advanced experience accumulated through more than half a century through project loans through its “knowledge bank” China has played an extremely important role in promoting the Chinese government to change its mindset, improve its ability to manage project funds and promote human resources development.
