近年来,我国高校人事档案的管理已经逐步从传统的文档管理过渡到信息化的计算机网络管理。与传统的纸面文本档案相比,数字档案信息化在管理与查询两方面十分便利。不过,当前人事档案信息化管理在高校中的施行还有待于完善,存在一些问题。针对这些问题,本文从信息化管理的角度进行分析,提出若干对策,希望能够为各高校提高人事档案的管理水平提供一定参考。
In recent years, the management of college personnel files in our country has gradually shifted from traditional document management to computerized network management. Compared with the traditional paper text files, digital file information management is very convenient in both management and inquiries. However, the current implementation of information management of personnel files in colleges and universities still needs to be perfected, and some problems exist. In response to these problems, this article analyzes from the perspective of information management and puts forward some countermeasures, hoping to provide some reference for the improvement of the management of personnel files in colleges and universities.
