一个校长要想把自己的学校管理得有声有色,想花较少的精力做出更多的事,“经营”出师生认可、组织认可、社会认可的好学校,即想事半功倍地“经营”自己的学校,应从几个方面做好:一是教学制度管理;二是教师管理;三是校长自我素质的提高。教学管理不是一件容易的事情,特别是当今的中小学教学管理,不仅需要应付应试选拔还需要背负过于功利性的目的。因此这就要求我们中小学校长要重视对教学管理方面的认识。一、中小学校长在教学管理中的角色定位
