华能德州电厂三期 5号锅炉 2 0 0 2年 6月 12 ,15日 2次发生包覆过热器管子爆管 ,经过第 1次改造后 ,同年8月 2 1日过热器管再次爆管。由于爆口长时间过热 ,爆口附近组织球化严重 ,包覆过热器管蠕变破坏。第 1次改造通过加装连通管 ,去除水冷壁部分卫燃带 ,刷耐热涂料 ,减少该部位的传热。第 2次改造时加装均流管 ,调整一、二、三次风旋流强度及风压等 ,降低炉膛出口烟温 ,减少减温水喷水量 ,增加包覆过热器管通流量 ,燃用接近设计煤质的煤种 ,取得了较好的效果。
