新形势下独立学院的快速发展对独立学院专职教师提出了更高的要求。独立学院的专职教师党支部必须进一步创新党建工作,更好地发挥政治核心和战斗堡垒作用。独立学院专职教师党支部必须主动适应新形势,不断提高教师党建工作的专业性、民主性、职业性、创新性、和谐性和凝聚性,进一步探索党建工作创新。
Under the new situation, the rapid development of independent colleges has set higher requirements for full-time teachers in independent colleges. The branch of the full-time teachers in independent colleges must further innovate the work of party building and give full play to its political core and role of a battle-fighting force. Party branches of full-time teachers in independent colleges must take the initiative to adapt to the new situation and constantly improve the professionalism, democracy, occupation, innovation, harmony and cohesion of the party building work of teachers and further explore the innovation in party-building work.
