本试验选用不同基因型甜高粱为材料,通过田间试验和室内检测方法,研究了不同基因型甜高粱品种的糖分积累规律,结果表明:(1)不同基因型甜高粱品种糖分积累规律的总趋势是从出苗至拔节期几乎不积累糖分;拔节至抽穗阶段开始积累糖分;抽穗至成熟期糖分积累达到高峰。(2)在同一播期条件下,不同基因型甜高粱其进入各个生育阶段的时间和持续天数不同,其在同一个生育阶段里的糖分积累量也不同。(3)同一个品种在不同的生育阶段中所积累的糖分总量不同。因此,欲求增加甜高粱的糖分含量,就须选含糖量较高的品种,并在糖分积累期采取相应栽培措施,促进其糖分积累。
In this study, different sweet sorghum genotypes were used as materials to study the law of sugar accumulation in sweet sorghum cultivars with different genotypes through field experiments and laboratory tests. The results showed that: (1) The general trend of sugar accumulation in sweet sorghum cultivars with different genotypes Is almost no accumulation of sugar from emergence to jointing stage; start to accumulate sugar from jointing to heading stage; the peak of sugar accumulation from heading to maturity. (2) Under the same sowing date, sweet sorghum of different genotypes entered different stages of growth and reached different durations, and their sugar accumulation in the same growth stage was also different. (3) The total amount of sugar accumulated in the same species in different stages of growth is different. Therefore, the desire to increase the sugar content of sweet sorghum, we must choose the higher sugar content of varieties, and sugar accumulation period to take appropriate measures to promote their sugar accumulation.
