目的为进一步观察泰山产内折香茶菜水提物的体外抗菌活性。方法取纯革兰氏阴性杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌分别接种于1ml肉膏汤内,37℃孵育6h,pH74,1∶1000稀释后备用;另将甲型溶血链球菌接种于05%的羊血细胞肉膏汤内,37℃孵育18h,pH74,1∶10稀释后备用。用试管对倍稀释法观察内折香茶菜水提物对以上细菌的抗菌作用。结果泰山产内折香茶菜水提物对多数的革兰氏阴性杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌及甲型溶血性链球菌都有不同程度的抑制或杀伤作用。结论泰山产内折香茶菜水提物具有较好的体外抗菌作用。
The purpose is to further observe the in vitro antibacterial activity of the aqueous extract of Inophyllum australis in Taishan. Methods Pure Gram-negative bacillus and Staphylococcus aureus were inoculated in 1 ml meat extract soup, incubated at 37 °C for 6 h, diluted at pH 7 4 and diluted 1:1000, and then used for inoculation; S. aureus was inoculated on 0 5 % of sheep blood cells meat paste soup, incubated at 37 °C 18h, pH 7 4, 1:10 dilution after use. The double dilution method was used to observe the antibacterial effect of water extract of intrinsic broccoli tea on the above bacteria. [Results] The aqueous extracts of Apocynaceae in Taishan had inhibitory or killing effect on most Gram-negative bacilli, Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus aureus. Conclusion The Taishan-made water extracts of the tea-leaf extracts have a good antibacterial effect in vitro.
