提出了一种粒子与凝固界面的相互作用模型。当陶瓷粒子与固液界面的接触角小于90°时,粒子将被生长的固相界面所捕捉。反之,将被排斥。接触角小于90°的条件是使粒子与固相的界面能小于粒子与液相的界面能。利用区域熔化定向凝固的方法,用Al-Si/Al2O3系复合材料进行实验,验证这一模型。
An interaction model between particle and solidification interface is proposed. When the contact angle between the ceramic particles and the solid-liquid interface is less than 90 °, the particles will be captured by the growing solid-phase interface. On the contrary, will be excluded. The condition that the contact angle is less than 90 ° is to make the interfacial energy between the particles and the solid phase less than the interfacial energy between the particles and the liquid phase. The model was verified by the experimental results of the melt-oriented solidification method and the Al-Si / Al2O3 composite material.
